Coastal and Marine Species Database
The records in this Dataset are general marine and coastal records of different taxonomic groups submitted to the National Biodiversity Data Centre.
Geographic Coverage: The island of Ireland
Temporal Coverage: Primarily for capturing new records from 2014 onwards, though it also contains some older records.
Species Groups recorded: alga, annelid, bony fish (Actinopterygii), bryozoan, cartilagenous fish (Chondricht, coelenterate (=cnidarian), comb jelly (Ctenophora), crustacean, echinoderm, flowering plant, lichen, marine mammal, mollusc, roundworm (Nematoda), sponge (Porifera), tunicate (Urochordata)
