There are three types of restrictions that can be applied by local authorities - a Prior Warning (possible impact that may or may not be realised), bathing advisory (Advice Not to Swim) and bathing prohibition (Do Not Swim). The EPA must be notified if any errors or emissions are found. The data source must be appropriately acknowledged. The dataset cannot be sold, whole of in part, nor can the dataset form part of any application or development which will be sold.
