Sample water quality status is the likely quality of each individual water sample reported by local authorities as assessed by the EPA using the standards set in the Regulations and is expressed as ‘Excellent’, ‘Good’, ‘Sufficient’ or ‘Poor’. The EPA must be notified if any errors or emissions are found. The data source must be appropriately acknowledged. The dataset cannot be sold, whole of in part, nor can the dataset form part of any application or development which will be sold.
